Creating a personalised gift at Glow Gift Shop is simple, fun, and takes just a few minutes. Here's how it works:

Step 1 — Choose your gift

Browse our collections and find the perfect product — whether it's a personalised mug, a custom cushion, engraved jewellery, or a photo canvas. Every product on our site can be personalised.

Step 2 — Add your personal touch

On the product page, you'll find personalisation fields where you can:

Add a name or text — type a first name, full name, date, quote, or any short message
Upload a photo — for photo gifts, simply upload an image from your phone or computer
Choose options — some products let you pick colours, fonts, or sizes

Most products show a live preview so you can see your personalisation before you order.

Step 3 — Add to cart & check out

Once you're happy with how it looks, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can ship it directly to the recipient — just enter their address and optionally add a gift message.

Step 4 — We make it, just for you

Your order goes straight to production. Our print-on-demand partners craft your personalised product with care, typically within 2–3 business days.

Step 5 — Delivered to their door

Your beautifully personalised gift is packaged and shipped directly to you or your recipient. Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

Tips for the best result

For photo gifts: use a high-resolution image (at least 1000px wide) with good lighting
Double-check spelling before placing your order — personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty
Order early for special occasions — especially around Christmas and Valentine's Day
