No Returns on Personalised Items

All products in our shop are made to order and personalised especially for you (or your loved one). Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on personalised items — each piece is unique and cannot be resold.

This is in line with EU consumer law, which allows an exception to the standard 14-day cooling-off period for custom-made or clearly personalised goods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at contact@glowgiftshop.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We’ll review your case and make it right — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Please note that under EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalised. As all of our products are personalised, no cooling-off period applies.
