Ordering & Personalisation
How do I personalise a product?
Simply add the item to your cart and fill in the personalisation fields — such as a name, date, or message. For photo gifts, you can upload your image directly on the product page.
Can I preview my personalised product before ordering?
Yes! Most of our products show a live preview as you type or upload your details, so you can see exactly what your gift will look like before you place your order.
Can I change my personalisation after ordering?
Because our products are made to order, we begin production shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most personalised orders are produced within 2–3 business days and delivered within 5–7 business days. Delivery times may vary during busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine's Day.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship across Europe and worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
Can I send a gift directly to someone else?
Absolutely — just enter their address as the delivery address at checkout. We recommend adding a gift message too!
Returns & Quality
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the issue. We'll sort it out quickly with a replacement or refund.
Can I return a personalised product?
Because personalised products are made especially for you, we're unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order.
