How Personalization Works

Creating a personalized gift at Glow Gift Shop is simple, fun, and takes just a few minutes. Here's how it works:

Step 1 — Choose your gift

Browse our collections and find the perfect product, from mugs and T-shirts to pillows, tote bags, and jewelry. Every product in our store can be personalized.

Step 2 — Personalize your design

On the product page, first choose your options, such as color or size. Then click Add personalized design to open the editor. Depending on the product, you can:

Add a name or text — a first name, full name, date, quote, or short message
Upload a photo — straight from your phone or computer

The editor shows a live preview, so you can see exactly what your gift will look like.

Step 3 — Save your design

Happy with how it looks? Save your design. This step is required: the Add to cart button only works once your personalization is saved, so every gift is made exactly the way you want it.

Step 4 — Add to cart & check out

Click Add to cart and head to checkout. Want to send the gift directly to someone? Just enter their address as the shipping address.

Step 5 — We make it just for you

Your order goes straight into production. Our print-on-demand partners make your personalized gift with care, usually within 2–3 business days.

Step 6 — Delivered to the door

Your gift is shipped directly to you or your recipient. Delivery within the U.S. takes 2–5 business days; international orders take 10–30 business days. U.S. orders of $50+ ship free. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Tips for the best result

Photo gifts: use a sharp, well-lit photo of at least 1000 pixels wide
Check your spelling: double-check names and dates before you save your design. Personalized items can't be returned unless they're damaged or incorrect due to our error
Order early for special occasions, especially around the holidays and Valentine's Day
